Deleting your data

You can delete tasks, lists and expenses in the app, or leave a group.

In the app

The Delete my account option at the bottom of the Group tab permanently deletes your account and personal data. Groups where you are the only member are deleted with all their tasks and expenses. You are removed from shared groups; ownership passes to another member so the group can continue.

Request by email

  1. Send an email titled "Yaploo Data Deletion Request" to aozyilmaz35@gmail.com.
  2. Include your display name and the name of the group you belong to.
  3. Share any additional information we may ask for to verify the request.

Once the request is verified, your profile, memberships and related app data are deleted or anonymized. A limited set of records that must legally be kept may be retained for the required period.
